The Harvest Culture Camaro Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Harvest Culture (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Please review these Official Rules in full before entering.

Entry into the Harvest Culture Camaro Giveaway is free and is completed through the official registration process described below. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility

The Harvest Culture Camaro Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Harvest Culture, as well as individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Method of Entry

To enter the Harvest Culture Camaro Giveaway, visit theharvestculture.org/giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the official registration form.

Entrants must provide the requested information, which may include their full name, email address, telephone number, and other information required on the registration form.

Once the completed registration form is submitted successfully, the entrant will receive one entry into the giveaway.

Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules.

No purchase or payment is required to register or enter.

Alternate Method of Entry

No separate alternate method of entry is required.

The official registration method described above is available free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.

All eligible entrants using the registration process will be treated equally for purposes of the drawing.

Entry Period

The Harvest Culture Camaro Giveaway begins on September 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on December 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”).

All entries must be received before the close of the Entry Period.

The Sponsor’s computer or registration system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the giveaway.

Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Drawing and Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing is expected to take place on or about December 23, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided during registration.

The potential winner must respond within 5 business days of the initial notification and may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and complete any documents reasonably required by the Sponsor before the prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the giveaway will be final to the extent permitted by law.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.

Prize Description and Value

Vehicle color, equipment, mileage, options, and specifications will be as described by the Sponsor on the giveaway website and/or prize description.

The prize is awarded as is, subject to any applicable manufacturer or existing warranties.

Unless specifically stated otherwise by the Sponsor, the winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize, along with any applicable registration, title, licensing, insurance, transportation, or other expenses associated with taking possession of and using the vehicle.

The winner must possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of legally required automobile insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.

The prize may not be transferred before it is awarded. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted by the winner except where approved by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with the Harvest Culture Camaro Giveaway will be collected and used for purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, awarding the prize, preventing fraud or abuse, and complying with applicable legal requirements.

Information may also be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at theharvestculture.org/privacy-policy.

Entry into the giveaway does not automatically require an entrant to consent to unrelated marketing communications unless such consent is separately and clearly requested.

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional email or text communications in accordance with the instructions provided in those communications without affecting an otherwise valid giveaway entry.
